All orders within Australia are shipped by Australia Post Parcel Post delivery network.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Unfortunately we do not offer international shipping though this website at this time. To place an order for overseas delivery, please contact Anne through the “CONTACT” page.
DELIVERY PROCESS
Once your order has been placed and payment has cleared, your order will be shipped within 2 business days.
Per Australia Post, delivery may take between 2-6 business days to metro areas around the country, and slightly longer into country/rural areas. More information may be found here http://auspost.com.au/parcels-mail/parcel-post.html.
CHANGE OF ADDRESS
We can’t be held responsible for an incorrect address being entered on your order. If you have finalised your order with an incorrect address or need to change your address, please contact us immediately.
RETURNS
All items are inspected before packaging to make sure they are in new condition. In the unlikely event that an item received is faulty or does not match its description, it may be exchanged for a non-faulty or correct item where proof of purchase is provided. Please contact us to arrange this.
No refunds or exchanges will be made for “change of mind.”
